Born in Spain, Roger graduated in physiotherapy and health sciences in 2012.

He raced as a professional triathlete until 2018 achieving a gold medal at the world championship U-23 and two elite European champion titles.

Venezuelan born & Spanish raised, JC is the newest addition at LF. He majored in psychology before forming himself as a strength coach. Calm and patient when lifting heavy, energetic and powerful when coaching HYROX.

South African born & raised, with a background in gymnastics, is our pilar for HIIT HYROX trainings with an amazing energy and an incredible push.
